ABOUT THE CLUB

IPIC is a venture amongst 57 Islamic countries to provide liability insurance for shipowners worldwide. The idea of establishing such venture was approved by OISA members in the 9th General Assembly in Nov. 1996 held in Tunisia. The club has since been both raising awareness about the need for P&I covers for shipowners, as well as fulfilling this need both within and without the Middle-east.
